Medicinal Uses:

Arnica tincture in very low doses can be used as an anti-inflammatory for treating traumatic injury. I use Arnica only in an infused oil (as is or in a salve) for reducing swelling and bruising caused by traumatic injury, pulled muscles and arthritic joints.
