Blackberry leaves, strawberry leaves and sweet woodruff - good for treatmentof anemia, lack of appetite, insomnia and is a tonic. It has a very mild taste.

Stinging nettle - I usually combine nettle with just about any of my teas.It does not have much of a taste, has lots of iron, calcium and magnesiumand Vitamin D. It relieves my hay fever.

Alfalfa and peppermint - both are high in calcium

Anise Seed - helpful in the treatment of asthma, bronchitis, and to induce sleep

Hot Flash Tea - sage, peppermint, vitex, gotu kola, red raspberry leaf, thyme, rosemary and motherwort

Coffee substitutes - 1 tsp. ground roasted dandelion root and 1/2 tsp. chicory

Chamomile with hibiscus flowers

Flowering tops of hyssop, thyme, monarda and mint (either spearmint or peppermint)
